Sandhills Beach Provincial Park

Sand Hills Beach Provincial Park is a 2.5-km (1.5-mi) white-sand beach.  At low tide, the sand flats warm up creating something that Nova Scotia is not typically know for: beautifully warm water for swimming.  At low tide, the beach is huge.  It’s a perfect spot for running, digging and sunbathing.  There are changing rooms and picnic tables.

Visitors are asked to keep to the marked paths to protect the dunes.

Location
