Eagle Head Beach: Quiet And Undisturbed
Eagle Head is a long white sand beach that is 10 minutes east of Liverpool. Because it is not as popular as other beaches in the area it is quiet and undisturbed. So, if you are looking to find a deserted beach that you can call your own for the day, this is exactly what you are looking for. Bring beach chairs and a picnic and spend a quite afternoon away from the crowds.
I have not spent much time at Eagle Head Beach … yet. But, when I went out to one of our old listings for the first time I was amazed by how spectacular this beach is. I did not have time to walk the full length of the beach, so only have photos of the eastern side of the beach. I will definitely be scheduling a beach day there this summer, so, perhaps I will see you there.
There is public access to this beach. To get there, take Route 3 until you come to Haughn’s Road which is immediately after Seaside Centre on your right. Turn right, there you you will see a grassy parking area on your right. The beach is un-serviced so there are no washroom facilities and parking spaces are are limited.
Nearest Cottages
Harbour Tide House, Sea Star Cottage, Beach Heaven and Moose Harbourview Cottage are the closest cottages to this beach.
