Here is a map of all the activities and cottages on the web page. You can use this map to situate yourself and see which actives are close enough to the cottage to walk, and which ones would make more sense a good day trip.
For me a successful holiday is a combination of a comfortable cottage and the right amount of activities and things to do. I want to spend some of my time exploring the area, going to beaches, museums, galleries, checking out the festivals, listening to live music and eating good food. But a vacation that is packed with activities doesn’t feel like a holiday. I also want to spend time hanging out at the cottage, reading books and spending quality time with my family.
Vacations are always too short and there is usually not enough time to do everything you want. So, I thought it would be helpful to present a map of all the activities and cottages in one place. That way you can scroll around and figure out where things are in relationship to where you are staying and plan your day trips and evenings entertainment. Each of the points of the map represents a page on the web site. So, you can go the activity page and read more about it.

“Fantastic Place to Reset”
“Wow, what a wonderful time we had! This beautiful cottage was exactly what we needed. The views are incredible and the amenities are so convenient. We stayed here for a couple of weeks in September. The weather was lovely and the surrounding environment was peaceful. We spent a lot of our time lounging on the main deck, observing the ocean and the wildlife. At nighttime the second level deck is an incredible place to view the stars. We played sports on the surrounding lawn and took walks (and swam!) at the nearby beaches. Great place for bike riding and jogging as there is little to no traffic. We were able to cook every meal at the cottage with a very well equipped kitchen. We especially loved having access to the extensive library both up and downstairs-lots of classics! Overall a fantastic place to reset and take it slow.”

“Amazing”
River’s End Cottage is in excellent condition and is very modern and comfortable. We walk to the beach in under three minutes from the path at the back of the yard. The kids loved jumping off the old rail bridge into the ocean. Careful the old bridge has some rough spots and the current can be strong when the tide is coming in.We had deer come right up to the deck. Helen at Sandy Lane was really organized and very easy to deal with. The cottage comes with lots of information about locale attractions and dinning. The cottage is secluded and as peaceful as it gets. Can’t wait to come back
