DescriptionSandy Point Lighthouse Park and Community Centre is used for community events such as breakfasts and lobster suppers. There is a small beach and a few picnic tables in the park. The lighthouse is just offshore from the park. At low tide it is possible to walk out along the sandspit to the lighthouse.Directions: From Shelburne drive six miles (10 km) south on the Lighthouse Route to Sandy Point. The Sandy Point Lighthouse Park is on your right. Free parking. Wonderful
We stayed at Elm Tree Cottage while buying a house in Shelburne. Perfect. We’d recommend for anyone. No space for kids or guests but for a couple it’s perfect! Great host.
