Our last day at the cottage how the time has flown! We know of the village of West Green Harbor, smells of the sea, cries of the sea gulls, the lobster pots drying in the sun, the bold colours of the lupins swaying along the road, the gentle breeze fades into the distance as we fly home - we leave with fond memories of the soft rhythm of life in Nova Scotia. The house and location is tranquil, restful and easy on the soul. We end this journey with a smile and leave a little of ourselves behind. What a delightful house! We had two spendid weeks. We are grateful for your many kindnesses.
Castaway Ocean Lodge is a delightful out of the way cabin in the middle of the woods on the ocean. Haven't been able to relax like that in a long while.
