Guest Testimonials

Had a wonderfull week at the cottage. Highlights for the kids were the seals at the Keji Seaside Park. For us it was the dinner at the Quarter Deck Restaurant.

An absolute dream spot!
We travelled to the Sanderling Beach House from Ontario in August. What an amazing week! The house was even more spacious than it appeared in the photos, with a beautiful beach theme running throughout. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and the layout provides a beautiful view of the beach from just about every spot in the house. The white sand beach is gorgeous, clean and so quiet. It almost felt like we were on a private beach. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone considering it. The fact that we had three teenagers who never once missed being "connected" due to lack of WiFi or television speaks volumes!! Thank you John and Helen.

I am leaving tomorrow but I don't want to go. I knew the moment I stepped into this beautiful cottage that I would have a wonderful week! The cottage, the weather, Carter's Beach, Summerville, the surrounding area and general good feelings generated from the ocean and fresh air was so much worth coming to Port Mouton.

The cottage is very cozy and generally well outfitted (with young children we appreciated the washer and dryer) Loved the blueberries and the local activities: day trips, Carter's Beach, Kejimikujik, Lunenburg, Mahone Bay, Walking out on the rocks at the waterfront, Summerville Beach, dinner at White Point; all of this made for a great week. We would encourage Sandy Lane to preserve/enhance the view of the ocean as it is such a gem to have at your doorstep. Thanks!
