What a gorgeous spot! We loved the house and the property - saw deer, bunnies and porcupines. Unfortunately the weather didn't co-operate - Hurricane Bill for our arrival and tropical storm Dan for our departure. Nothing could hide the beauty of this spot.
Our week at Rockland Cottage was a wonderful peaceful experience, with an abundance of wildlife, fabulous views. Deer wandering into the garden being a highlight for all.

Seasonal Property MaintenanceOur Seasonal Property Maintenance program takes the worry out of owning a vacation property. We will ensure that your home is properly “closed” at the end of one season and “opened” at the beginning of the next.At the end of the season the water will be turned off and the plumbing drained, windows and doors secured, and if necessary, dust cloths put in place. Thermostats will be set to appropriate levels and appliances disconnected. At the beginning of the season, we will “open” your home and prepare it for your arrival. We will prime water pumps and turn on the water, reconnect the appliances, adjust the thermostats and air the house. We can also arrange for a spring-cleaning – won’t it be lovely to come home to a fresh clean house! Ask about our grocery service – just give us your list and we will make sure the pantry is stocked for your arrival. |
