Shipwright’s Cottage is located in the quiet coastal village of Gunning Cove, approximately 10 km east of the historic Loyalist town of Shelburne. The cottage is situated on an oceanfront property with views of and direct access to Shelburne Harbour. Roseway and Carleton Village Beaches are both close by.

Description
Become a part of the community at this lovely Nova Scotia cottage. Take a walk around the neighborhood wharf and watch the fishing vessels unload their catch. Purchase fresh caught seafood from the local fisherman’s market.

Recently renovated, Shipwright’s Cottage features a fully equipped large kitchen with breakfast bar; separate dining room, living room and den with pull out sofa. Picture windows in the living room and sliding patio doors in the dining room take full advantage of the view. A large porch extends the living space outside and focuses on the ocean, garden and view. Upstairs are three bedrooms. The master bedroom spans the width of the house and has a spectacular view of the blue waters of Shelburne Harbour. A second bedroom has a double bed while the third bedroom has two twin beds. Comfortably furnished and decorated, Shipwright’s Cottage is the perfect family retreat.

The surrounding area offers restaurants, golf, sea kayaking, theatre, museums, galleries and of course, beautiful beaches. Roseway Beach and Carleton Village Beach are both within a 10-minute drive. Shelburne is fifteen minutes away; Yarmouth is an hour away; while Lunenburg, Digby and Halifax are all pleasant day trips.

Number of Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and a spectacular view of the Shelburne harbour through a large picture window. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bed linens are provided.

Number of Bathrooms
The cottage has two bathrooms … a downstairs 4-piece bathroom with a bath and a shower and an upstairs 3-piece bathroom with shower. All towels are provided.

· Washer and dryer.
· Colour TV and VCR / DVD player.
