Thank you for sharing your beautiful spot with us - Moose Harbour View Cottage. The kids loved the beaches, rock climbing/hiking, seals at Keji, rabbits in the grass and simply playing in the wide open yard.
Our first day here we open the curtains to be greeted by the view of a Great Blue Heron standing among the rocks of your little beach area! For our 20th anniversary what we were looking for was a place that offered quiet and seclusion away from very busy lives! Your home was just the ticket! Quiet relaxing days of no particular schedule made this an anniversary to remember!
WOW - What a scenic log cabin - we could have stayed here all week, but we enjoyed the lighthouse tours - so many wonderful villages with a different offerings. The hot tub was most enjoyable as well as the outdoor fire pit. We did roast marshmallows - felt like we were at camp again.

It’s a 2 minute walk from the house to Lockeport’s famous Crescent Beach, and a 5 – 20 minute walk to other “wilder” beaches in the area.Overlooking the town common, Beach Walk Cottage is centrally located, making it an easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants, museums, playground and walking trails. Internet is available at the Tourist Center on the Beach, and at the Library, around the corner from the house The historic town of Shelburne with its shopping and restaurants is about 2 minutes away. Liverpool with its Privateering heritage is 45 minutes drive; while the UNESCO World Heritage town of Lunenburg is 1.5 hrs away to the east.
