Ocean’s Tranquility Guest House is located in the small fishing community of Sandy Point, on Nova Scotia’s South Shore.

Description
Serenity and seclusion await you at this beautiful ocean front cottage.

The setting is spectacular and the view glorious – the bold Atlantic Ocean is to your left and Shelburne's sheltered harbour to your right, across the bay, a few homes dot the shoreline.

Your vacation begins the moment you turn into the driveway - mature trees line the pathway. Soft dappled light streams through and bathes you in tranquility. The fresh scent of sea air fills your nostrils. Peace and quiet abound.

Full of charm, the cottage features a large living room with bamboo floors and a propane fireplace, a large dining room and a fully functional, well-equipped kitchen. The upstairs landing with its comfortable leather couch and picture window take full advantage of the spectacular ocean view. A screened in cedar sun porch overlooks the ocean and enhances the character of the house. It is lovely to sit outside and enjoy the view without being bothered by mosquitos.

Ten minutes to Shelburne, with its restaurants, shops and other conveniences, Ocean’s Tranquility Guest House is nicely situated to explore the South Shore. Yarmouth is a 1 ¼ hours away; while Lunenburg, Digby and Halifax are all pleasant day trips.

Number of Bedrooms
There are 3 bedrooms – 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. On the ground floor, the Master bedroom features a king size bed, private en-suite washroom and a large picture window with a view of the ocean. There are single beds in both of the upstairs bedrooms

Number of Bathrooms
The cottage comes equipped three bathrooms… a downstairs powder room, and two 4-piece bathrooms … one off the master bedroom and one upstairs. All towels are provided.

Other Amenities
· Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwaver.
· Washer and dryer.
· Colour Satellite TV and VCR / DVD player.
· Two propane fireplaces.
· Telephone – a phone card is required for long distance calls.
· Screened Sun Porch, BBQ and lounge chairs .

Restrictions
For the comfort of out guests, this is a non-smoking property. Pets may be permitted by request.
