Our first day here we open the curtains to be greeted by the view of a Great Blue Heron standing among the rocks of your little beach area! For our 20th anniversary what we were looking for was a place that offered quiet and seclusion away from very busy lives! Your home was just the ticket! Quiet relaxing days of no particular schedule made this an anniversary to remember!
WOW - this was the first word from our mouths as we drove down the driveway and saw this beautiful place! We have had a wonderfully peaceful and serene week here at Castaway Ocean Lodge and the hot tub has been a god send and has enabled us to be outside enjoying the veiw even through the wind and the rain. A fabulous haven that will live long in our memories!

Home Watch... For Your Peace of MindAt Sandy Lane we keep a professional, watchful eye on our clients’ homes and property, working hard to meet all their individual house sitting and property management needs. During the months you are not in residence, we can help to ensure the safety of your investment. We will conduct on-site building inspections as per the requirements of your insurance.Our Home Watch service includes a thorough review of the interior and exterior of the property. The property is inspected for weather damage, signs of tampering, vandalism, or other security risks. As well, we will make unscheduled visits after power outages or bad weather such as strong winds or heavy rains, to check for loose shingles, leaks, fallen limbs, etc. We will collect any flyers that have been left at the doorstep and make sure the house has a “lived-in” look. We will monitor timers to make sure lights are coming on and turning off at appropriate times. Relax … let us provide you with peace of mind knowing that your home is well looked after. |
